About Tiffani Hill

Tiffani Hill, CVA, has twenty years of experience in the nonprofit sector and over 10 years of experience managing volunteers. Currently, she serves as a trainer for the Nonprofit Support Center of Santa Barbara. Tiffani is an active advocate for volunteerism. She was published on the Charity Channel and in the Nonprofit Agenda. She served as Marketing Chair for the 2004 International Conference on Volunteer Administration. Tiffani held the position of Board Secretary and Program Chair for the Northern Oregon Volunteer Administrators Association and contributed as a curriculum developer for Volunteer Impact of Portland, Oregon. Tiffani’s nonprofit experience includes zoos and animal welfare organizations, domestic violence, and senior and disabled transportation. While employed as the Community Programs and Services Manager with Best Friends Animal Society, Tiffani created a sustainable virtual volunteer program that includes community members from seven countries. Tiffani created the first virtual volunteer center for animal welfare organizations.
